A: Our delivery costs are £4.50 on all orders below £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery, just select ‘Free Shipping’ at the checkout.

A: All our toys carry the CE marking and are tested to the highest standards.

Q: Are there any alternative ways to pay off-line?
A: Yes you can, we take all major credit and debit cards. Please call 01226 712288. Lines are open 9am -5pm Monday-Friday.
Q: Can I cancel or change an order?
A: Yes by all means but you would have to contact us within 24 hours of purchase otherwise this could incur a delivery/re-stocking charge
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.
Q: What if I receive a defective product?
A: We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items, therefore recommend getting proof of postage and using a ‘signed for’ method of delivery.
Please send an email to email@example.com prior to returning any items, stating reason for return and whether you wish a refund or exchange. We will email you a returns code and will issue you a refund or replacement once we receive the goods back. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be available once refund is actioned by us.

To deliver your parcel as efficiently and safely as possible we use a combination of Royal Mail and other courier services, depending on the size and destination of the parcel to be shipped.
We aim to despatch your order within 24hrs of receipt of order.
If any items are out of stock we will email you ASAP and refund any monies owed to you.
